In 2012 Nelly and Nikos Apostolopoulos decided to standardise the olive oil that they have been producing for more than ten years in Greece, in the region of south-west Magnesia, Thessaly. Monolia extra virgin olive oil originates exclusively from the Apostolopoulos family's privately owned olive groves which are cultivated using traditional methods, without the use of synthetic fertilizers or chemical pesticides.

This traditional approach of cultivation, combined with the acquired expertise and know-how, guarantees the product's excellent quality.
