MONOLIA extra virgin olive oil is of exceptionally low acidity (0,1%) due to the purity of the crop and its immediate processing.

Furthermore, it is cold-pressed and thus preserves its antioxidant qualities. Its pungent taste and unmistakable aroma distinguishes it from other olive oils of similar quality.

One can detect the scent of thyme, wild oregano and rock rose, plants that grow in abundance around the trees, as well as a faint aroma of tomato leaves.

In May 2018, Monolia Extra Virgin Olive Oil won the Bronze Medal and in May 2020 won the Silver Medal for its quality at the London International Olive Oil Competition (IOOC LONDON 2018 & 2020). QUALITY AWARDS 2018 & 2020
