Organic methods of cultivation have been used since our forefathers’ time. The main fertilizer was sheep and goats’ manure, which was found in abundance in the area due to livestock farming.
Our Organic/ ΒΙΟ products are certified by TUV-Austria Hellas.
Since we took over the cultivation, we have been monitored for the correct organic farming practice by TUV Austria-Hellas and only the approved for organic farming fertilizers are allowed to be used. Certificate 2022
